Extreme Yoga from Burnout with Amy Bradley
Vinyasa means "To Flow". In these extreme yoga routines, poses from from one to another, creating a fluid 'mediation in motion'. You'll combine breath work and mindfulness with a dynamic practice, while incorporating the Gwee Gym into poses to build a strong foundation of vinyasa yoga. These routines are tough, so be sure to give yourself a long and luxurious resting pose at the end.
