“Vinyasa” means to flow. in this first Gwee Gym Yoga routine, poses flow from one to another, creating a fluid “meditation in motion”, combining breath work and mindfulness with a dynamic practice that improves strength, stamina and flexibility. You’ll build a strong foundation of Vinyasa yoga, while using the Gwee Gym to add a level of intensity not otherwise achieved, making a regular yoga practice even more challenging.
